This room also opens out onto the enclosed garden, ideal for barbecues and a little al-fresco dining. Additional Information A welcome basket of logs is provided. A travel cot, high chair and three stair gates can be provided upon request. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Ground Floor: Sitting room With wood burning stove and large smart television with Freeview and Netflix. Kitchen/dining room With a range cooker and gas hob, Smeg fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The farmhouse style table seats ten comfortably, with an additional two chairs available. Utility room With a washing machine and tumble dryer. Snug With an LCD television with DVD player. This television also has Netflix. Cloakroom wc. First Floor: Master bedroom With a king size bed. En-suite bathroom With a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin, and wc. Bedroom two With two single beds. Bedroom three With a double bed. En-suite shower room With a shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. Family bathroom With a double shower, bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. Bedroom four With a 3' single bed. Bedroom five With a double bed. Second Floor: Bedroom six With a double bed (please note that there is restricted head room in this bedroom). A chaise lounge and full length mirror can be found on the landing between this bedroom and the bathroom. Bathroom With a bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and wc. Outside: Outside tables and chairs for twelve people can be found in the enclosed garden along with a barbecue. The garage is home to a games room including a table tennis table. Off street parking is available for five cars.
