The Space:
You will have the entire apartment for yourself, and it is located on the 4th floor. The space is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and/ or tourists looking for a real Condado experience. A great way to mix work and play if that is what you are looking for.
It has an open living and bedroom area with access to a balcony with a view of Condado. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The apartment also has a spacious walking closet to store your luggage and all personal belongings.

Situated on Ashford Avenue, this prime location is just a block away from Condado Beach, a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, schools, and a hospital. The entrance is directly from Ashford Ave. Through the lobby and to the elevators to your left for access to the 4th floor.
