Very nice quiet apartment ideally located on the edge of a pine forest in L'Escala Girona Costa brava Spain.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. A community swimming pool is located in the middle of the residence with a superb garden and some games for children.
An entrance divided into the different rooms. A bathroom with toilet, bath and sink.
A beautiful spacious and bright room with a large bed.
A large living room including a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge, a filter coffee maker, a 2 in 1 oven (grill and microwave), and an extractor hood .
The room is equipped with a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a coffee table and a television with Fransat satellites only receiving French channels.
A large bay window makes the space very bright and opens onto a south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the pine forest. A sun protection blind allows you to enjoy this space with a large blue sky.
Parking is done outside without any problem.
During your stay, I will be entirely at your disposal. I will welcome you directly at the apartment, I will leave you a map with all the good addresses to know in L'Escala.
During your stay, we are reachable every day from 8:30 am to 10 am in case of emergency.
