With an abundant amount of birds, possums, gliders, carpet pythons, frogs, it is a nature lovers paradise. If you choose to be amongst the vibrant and creative atmosphere that the Sunny coast offers, it is a short 10 minute drive to get amongst it all.

This is our family home, so we ask that you love and respect and injoy the space as you would your own.
As our home is an eco oasis we strive to have minimal impact on the natural environment and our precious Earth..
We do ask that you:
* WEAR NO SHOES INSIDE ( we are very precious about this)
* use a chopping board on bench tops and for heated pots and pans.
* Smoke strictly outside
*We are tank water, so please consider the environment and use sparingly(you never know when it will rain again)
*We are on solar, so be conscious of this resource and your power consumption
*No harsh chemicals or poisons down the sink or drains as this water feeds our food..Please choose eco friendly products
*Personal hygiene to be placed in bins, and not down toilets, the sewerage system will block
*Strictly all dogs and pets outside
*We dont use plastic wrap or foil due to waste..Feel free to use the containers to cover food
*Personal belongings to be left in tact..*
*Pool leaf catcher needs to be cleaned daily
*Living in the forest comes with a variety of life, in particular is mould. We would appreciate you closing all bedroom windows (Especially middle bed as rain comes in)and lounge areas so the moisture doesn't come in
