Enjoy the spectacular view from this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story townhouse located on the 4th floor of the Penthouse Building. This unit offers a master bedroom with a king bed facing the south and a guest bedroom with two double beds. Each bedroom has its on bathroom. There is a half bath located downstairs. A short 75 yard walk to beach through a manicured courtyard and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from either balcony. The view of the pool, courtyard and gulf allows you to overlook the entire property. Unit has tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances for your use. This unit also has a washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite counter tops and a long breakfast bar. • Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
