From the moment you step through the front door, the atmosphere shifts. To one side of the entry, a dedicated study offers a quiet space to work or unwind, while a guest bedroom with its queen bed, private lounge and nearby bathroom provide privacy and separation for visitors or extended stays.
Further through the home, the living, dining, and kitchen spaces unfold seamlessly into the outdoors, giving the entire ground floor an effortless indoor-outdoor connection. - The Bondi to Bronte coastal walk begins nearby, well-maintained, reliably beautiful, and doable before breakfast.
- Tamarama Cafe sits directly on the beach the local preference for a morning coffee, and deservedly so.
Getting Around
- Public transport: Bus routes 333 and 380 run frequently along Campbell Parade and Bondi Road, connecting directly to the CBD, Circular Quay and the eastern suburbs. Bondi Junction, with direct train access to the CBD, is around five minutes by bus.
- Uber: Rideshare services are readily available in Bondi at any time of day.
