Large homey 2 bedroom apt with views from every window. South side of building is the Iconic St John's Cathedral. A walk around the neighborhood will find you restored mansions from the turn of the century and earlier. Apt has all it's character from 1940 with updated kitchen and bathroom.
This building was built in 1940 by C. W. Rider. Floors and woodwork all original kitchen and bathroom have been updated with granite and tile. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. The living room is very large with a view of Spokane and mountains. And nice dining room with pecan dining table that expands another 3 ft. Both bedrooms have views, one of downtown (1 twin and 1 full bed) and the other (1 full four poster bed)with views of the cathedral across the street. Right outside your door, walk around the neighborhood and enjoy loads of restored mansions and church buildings. Also interspersed with restaurants, pubs, and pizza.
