This beautifully decorated Duplex apartment is situated on the 1st & 2nd floor of a private brownstone building (with elevator) on the right bank of the Seine. It can accommodate 7 guests in style and luxury. Spacious rooms and a superb location make this apartment the ideal holiday rental.

The large salon is charmingly arranged to maximise comfort and luxury. With gilt framed artwork on the walls and exquisite ornaments and lighting, you can relax in a truly Parisian setting after a busy day of sightseeing & or working.

In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you can cook just like at home, perhaps using delicious ingredients from one of Paris’ celebrated outdoor markets. There is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. Laundry can also be done by our in-house chambermaid and delivered to your door on request. This apartment really has all the equipment you need to have a perfect stay.

There are three amply sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed and its own en suite bathroom with glorious soaking tub. The remaining bedrooms are both lavishly decorated and contain comfortable double beds (one room’s bed can be separated into two singles) made up with high quality linens.

The bathroom is made with shining marble and tiles for that grand finish, and has two sinks side by side and a large shower.

THE LOCATION

This apartment is located within the 16th arrondissement of Paris, just a few steps away from the Seine and the Pont (bridge) de l'Alma. This district is one of Paris' most famously fashionable areas. It is home to an array of luxury boutiques and Michelin starred restaurants such as Le Clarence or Lucas Carton, where you can sample some of the finest French cuisine.

Simply strolling along the Haussman boulevard on a golden lit evening, the splendor of this district is undeniable. Stupendous buildings such as L'Eglise de la Madeleine make visitors look up in awe at the might of the surrounding architecture.

This location also provides easy access to some of the most symbolic images of Paris, namely the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The latter is well worth climbing, especially at night, to be able to look down at the magnitude of Paris laid out before you (you may even catch the sight of the Eiffel Tower when it sparkles at every hour).

Alternatively, for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city streets, you could head to nearby Parc Monceau and spend a quiet hour reading by the beautiful ornamental lake and weeping willow trees.

The nearest metro stop to the apartment is "Alma-Marceau" (line 9), which will link you up with the rest of the city. There are also buses and English-speaking taxis easily available.

Your VIP Limousine Services transfer is “private” (not an Airport Shuttle, Taxi or Uber).
Your driver will welcome you outside the French Customs Exit when arriving via plane, or at the end of the platform when arriving via train, with a sign bearing your name, he’ll then drive you to the apartment where one of us will meet you, show you the apartment & reply to all inquiries you may have...
For a group of up to 6 guests plus luggage, the transfer from either airport amounts to 120,00€.

For arrival at any train stations within Paris, the transfer amounts to 75,00€.
For arrival at Beauvais airport, (100KM from Paris) the transfer amounts to 220,00€.
While at it, you can book a return to either airports or train stations for the prices shown above.
Transfer fees can be paid directly to your driver with a credit card or in cash or to your greeter upon arrival.
If taking another type of transport you MUST text or phone us upon leaving the airport or train station at 01133608074698 from a foreign phone or at 0608074698 from a French phone as, if you don’t, no one from our team will be by the building to greet you.

► PARIS STAFF: Our team of Paris locals is available during your stay to answer any questions, tourist-related or otherwise. We will help in you any way we can.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you book one of our apartments at least 70 days ahead of your arrival & you wish to cancel it & receive a full refund you’ll need to do so 35 days prior to your arrival.
From 36 to 25 days before your arrival, you’ll receive 40% of your deposit, for less than 25 days no refund will be made.
If you booked an apartment less than 30 days prior to your arrival & you cancel it, no refund will be made.

► TO OUR GUESTS:

For arrivals at the apartment before 6:30 AM an assistant’s fee of 45,00€ will be collected.
For arrivals at the apartment before 7:30 AM an assistant’s fee of 35,00€ will be collected.
For arrivals at the apartment between 8:00 PM & 9:00 PM an assistant’s fee of 35,00€ will be collected.
For arrivals at the apartment between 9:00 PM & 10:00 PM an assistant’s fee of 45,00€ will be collected.
For arrivals at the apartment between 10:00 PM & 11:30PM, an assistant’s fee of 50,00€ will be collected.
For arrivals at the apartment between 12:00PM & 1:30 AM an assistant’s fee of 70,00€ will be collected.
