Pelican Beach Resort 308 features stunning Gulf Front Views from your private 3rd floor balcony. This beautifully decorated 1BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 and offers a fabulous kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unitβs second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. The Pelican Beach CafΓ© brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach.
