This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo offers two balconies, tile floors throughout, a fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a 65 inch Curve TV in the living room. A dining area offers floor to ceiling windows and eastern gulf views. The Master bedroom offers a second private balcony, a king bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with private access to the guest bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows this lovely condo to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
Pelican Beach Resort is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!
