The bottom level houses 2 guest bedrooms with full bathrooms, the 2nd level is the main living area with a lively, yet lovely, living room, half bath and an updated kitchen equipped with everything you might need for a chef inspired dinner or just a quick snack. Also on the main level is a full-size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Located on the 3rd level is the private, spacious Primary Bedroom and bath. And the cherry on top? This beautiful condo is nestled in the dunes with balconies on all 3 levels for those postcard quality views Destin is known for! Southbay by the Gulf features a community pool, a private lake, easy beach access and seasonal beach service. Plus, it’s downtown Destin location makes it convenient to a wide range of local restaurants, area attractions, Golf, and shopping. You can’t go wrong with this vacation rental….but if you wait too long you could miss out as it books quickly!
