Comfortable renovated 3 1/2 room vacation apartment. Modern vacation apartment in an apartment house (south-facing balcony) with welness, gym, table tennis room, tennis court and cross-country ski trail, Schalisee with stand bar and water ski lift almost in front of the house. Additionally Wifi/Inernet (W-Lan) in the apartment and free of charge. Réception with amenities such as ski ticket sales or shuttle service to Zermatt and other assistance. NK such as bed linen and cleaning are to be paid locally at the Réception. The additional infrastructure amenities: Ping-Pong room. Outside: Tennis / volleyball court, table tennis, chess court and beautiful new children's playground. The south balcony and underground parking. The apartment itself consists of a cozy living room with high ceiling and open kitchen. A comfortable sofa offers plenty of space and can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a large TV with 50 inches (smart TV). A new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, etc. Raclette oven and fondue set for our Swiss cheese specialties are available for free at the reception. First garbage bag, washing up liquid and other small things like salt, sugar, vinegar and spices etc. are available. For the little guests are available: a baby crib on order, a safety gate for the normal bed (foldable) and a high chair for eating. There is a bathroom with ground level shower and double washbasin with plenty of storage space. The south-facing balcony has table and chairs with a view of the Kleinmatterhorn. There is a free parking space in the underground garage. This is located near the elevator. In addition, they remain mobile with car throughout the vacations, which is not possible in Zermatt. Special is: In winter to spring the Zermatt cable car stops almost at the house (about 80 m). With the train you get quickly and easily in the middle of the Zermatt ski area on the world famous Gornergrat 3090 m above sea level. Timetable: Mid-December - mid-April (including Easter) from Monte Rosa, a dedicated platform not 100 meters away. The cross-country ski trail passes almost at the front door and is free of charge. Otherwise, in summer, the Schalisee is a few minutes walk (10 min) away to linger (nice barbecue area with wood) or ski / wakeboarding on the lake. The additional costs such as bed linen / towels and cleaning, as well as visitor's tax (Tourist Office Täsch / Zermatt) are paid on site to the key holder Mrs / Mr Lovric from the company Reliance Immocare. Therefore we do not accept any foreign bed linen or sleeping bags. Also otherwise Mrs. or Mr. Lovric are gladly there for you, with problems or questions on site. He also sells ski tickets and shuttle tickets to Zermatt at the reception. In the village there are shopping facilities (Coop and Migrospartner), various restaurants, a tourist office, sports store and of course the official train station.
