1 km from the sea of Diano Marina and from the Porto Turistico di Imperia, a typical Ligurian rural house, recently completely renovated and finely furnished, immersed in the olive groves of the Imperia hills and with a splendid sea view, patio and garden.
The accommodation is nestled among the olive groves of the hills of Imperia and with a sea view you can enjoy a unique tranquility while being only one kilometer from the beaches of Diano Marina and 10 minutes by car from the sports harbor of Imperia.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a large single bed but you can sleep comfortably in two), living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, bathroom with shower.
It has been equipped with every comfort, Internet and television, and the large patio directly accessible from the kitchen area also offers the possibility of cooking outside.
In the back of the house you will find a convenient laundry area (with washing machine), pantry and storage area for storing bicycles or other items.
