The living room features contemporary furniture with a queen size memory foam sofa bed, and a 60-inch flat screen smart tv with blue ray player. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large dining table for 6 and a bar counter with 3 large bar stools. The kitchen has been updated with shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, and has a full size under counter ice maker. The unit also features a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features an upscale dresser, nightstands, and headboard along with a premium king size mattress and 55-inch flat screen smart tv with blue ray player. In addition, the master bedroom has a direct ocean front view with direct balcony access making for a very comfortable stay. And for added comfort the attached master bathroom is newly renovated with a custom walk-in stone and pebble shower and quartz countertop with a sit-down makeup vanity area, large mirror, and linen closet. The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds with headboards, premium mattresses, chest, and 47-inch flat screen tv with DVD player. The guest bath has a granite countertop with large mirror, a tub bath, and linen closet. The large oversized balcony features all wood plank ceramic tiles with new high-end outdoor furniture including a table with 4 elevated chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs for laying back and relaxing while you’re soaking up the sun and beautiful gulf views! This unit offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.)
