Welcome! Here is a lovely studio apartment in a 17th century building. Very quiet place in the old centre of Paris. The studio has 20sqm with everything you need. I keep it clean and tidy. The studio is located rue Saint-Denis, a lovely paved street with various activities. Get to know real-central-typical Paris! The studio is part of a small 17th century building. My studio is 3rd floor (/5), access by the staircase (no elevator). The studio comprises a living room with the dining space and a kitchenette, the mezzanine bed and a small bathroom with a shower and the WC. The kitchenette has a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The place has 1 double bed (120cm wide), it ideally hosts 1 or 2 people. You will be provided with linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. and breakfast. May you have any particular need, do not hesitate to let me know! This place is located Rue Saint-Denis, near the beautiful Porte Saint-Denis. Forget the metro: you'll be able to walk to most places! Any walk in the old centre is very scenic and enjoyable. There are few cars in this old paved street, and many pedestrians. At the same time, rue Saint-Denis is very busy and active. Traditional activities include textile wholesalers and prostitution. It is a nice and safe neighbourhood but some might prefer to know ;). These now have to compete with start-ups, cafés, concept-stores and even a microbrewery!
