ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND! Any additional guests that are not on the reservation will be charged. If you make your reservation for 2 guests and more than 2 guests show up you will be charged $100.00 per guest/per night.
If there is a party/event or more guests than the allowed amount and noise complaint is received, you will be asked to leave without a refund amount of any kind.
Noise decimals are monitored, if we are alerted of extreme noise the first time is a warning, the second time you will be asked to leave without a refund.
VIOLATION OF THE NON-SMOKING RULE OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE $1,000 CHARGE FOR CLEANING.
