This beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort in the heart of Destin. Across from the Big Kahuna Water Theme Park, this resort is first class with its many amenities. It is a gated property with security at the entrance and covered parking. Some of the other amenities include two tennis courts, a video game room, outdoor BBQ grills, a work-out facility complete with steam room and sauna, a restaurant/deli and an outdoor Tiki Bar overlooking the beach. There are three swimming pools--one is an indoor-outdoor heated pool, a kiddie pool and a large outdoor pool with a waterfall right on the beach. Next to this pool is a Jacuzzi where you can relax and be on the beach at the same time. All of these services are included in your stay. Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) is also available for a fee.
