The house has more than 1600 sqft of living space. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with bidet, living room, dining room and full kitchen with 1 king bed, 2 queen bed2 + 1 full. The downstairs is a 380ft studio with kitchenette, bathroom and 1 queen bed with plenty of storage. Both have all small and large appliances, and free parking. Direct access to Puget Sound Power trail.
Bedroom no 3 soon to be upgraded with Murphy bed .
Vehicle limited to 2 max. RV parking available for a fee.
The downstairs studio has a private entrance and can be set as a mother-in-law.
The house sits on a 0.3 acre lot, perfect to entertain with 1 large deck, 1 huge patio and backyard.
Outdoor patio is covered and cozy. The backyard is all fenced and has artificial grass, perfect for playing badminton, bocce or put-put golf.
