Positive: The staff (especially Natalia from the reception!). It certainly has its strong points - obviously the view, sea access and beach area, the spa is also nice.

Negative: The cleaning is not great.. towels were not changed even after putting them on the floor. They just made the bed without any additional cleaning, which is unacceptable for a 5stars hotel.. The breakfast can be a bit better (ie the veggies tasted super cheap), but it’s decent overall.

Summary: Amazing view, good amenities with not so great cleaning
