Southbay is a private community of individually owned town-homes complete with all the amenities: 300 feet private beach, two tennis courts with shuffle boards, two pools (one heated with adjoining children’s pool), and 5 acre fresh-water fishing lake. Feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks from right off the deckis allowed.
