Each story has a balcony with a view of the gulf of Mexico. There is a private beach access boardwalk approx. 50 yards away. At the private pool you can barbeque sunbathe, and enjoy outside lounging. Two car garages provide ample parking along with parking in 2 driveways. Dunes of Destin is a gated community for private access.
