Hello, welcome to Mandalay by the Sea! This raised beach home is perfect vacation rental for you and your friends and family.
The home’s rear gate gives is a quick walk to the towns’s beach access. This beach house is just steps to the family friendly, pristine beaches of Surfside on the Atlantic Ocean. It has covered porches on both the first, and second floors. On the ground floor, an outdoor table is covered from the sun.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a professionally maintained private, in-ground pool. The pool can be optionally heated, around mid March through mid November, for an additional fee of $60.00 (2026) a night. It also features lounge chairs, and two dining tables. A Weber propane grill is provided for your use. There is a private outdoor shower to remove all that beach sand. At the home, there is private off street parking for five cars.
Main Level
The first floor consists of a well- equipped kitchen, and living room with comfortable seating. One of the sofas converts to a bed. There is a wide screen TV, and a wet bar with a wine cooler. There is a half bath next to the built in entertainment center. Further on the first floor, there is a washer and dryer behind privacy doors. There is one bedroom, with a private full bath, and queen bed. The first floor also consists of the covered deck, with partial ocean views.
Second Floor
The master bedroom is on the second floor. You will find a king bed, with a private covered balcony, with partial ocean views. A master bath awaits you, with a stand alone shower, and a separate jetted tub. As you walk to the other bedrooms, you will pass a desk, just in case one works from home. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, and private full bath. As you walk to the front of the home, you will pass a bedroom with one twin bed, and a set of bunk beds. This bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with another bedroom, that features a queen bed.
Mandalay by the Sea is conveniently located near the attractions of Myrtle Beach, but offers the family friendly location of Surfside Beach. Walk to the beach, pier, farmer's market, and Sunday serenades at the park.
Freshly laundered linens and bath towels will be provided-at no extra charge- and the home will be cleaned by a professional couple. I have a long term relationship with them. You will be dealing with the owner directly, and we will ensure that your stay is enjoyable. You will not be treated as just a number, but as a guests.
The home does have two exterior ring cameras, that do not record when guests are present A blue tape will also cover the cameras, to ensure your privacy. The motion detection only light in the driveway is on, and it can be shut down if you request. There are no other types of recording devices in, or out of the home.
