Originally built as a carriage house in 1895, the property has several historic features that have been painstakingly preserved including hand laid hand-mortared stone walls along the lower section of the western wall and a 120` by 15` hand-mortared stone wall along the driveway / parking area. With renovations completed in the summer of 2012 including a hand-mortared natural stone shower.

The Barn features an eastern view from the mountainside and has a patio with a 4-person hot tub, fire pit, and propane grill.
