This apartment is made to feel like your very own family oasis, with impeccable furnishings, appliances and an abundance of additional inclusions such as pool and beach toys, board games, playing cards and books for those rare rainy days or family game nights.
Featuring open plan living, kitchen and dining area which opens out on the front deck. Bedroom one is fitted with a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite, bedroom two with queen bed and bedroom threewith two singles and a trundle that join to make a double.
With all the additional extras such as Wifi, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, coffee machine and dryer.
Located within walking distance to cafes, boutique shops and restaurants, this apartment has everything you need and more for your next holiday!
During your stay you will have full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (shampoo/conditioner, hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with coffee pods, tea, sugar, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party + No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
