Welcome to the Reef! Our professionally redecorated gulf front condo features granite counters, stainless appliances, and tile flooring. The view from the 11th floor enables you to see eastward down the beach to Sandestin, as well as down the western beach view with gorgeous sunsets! Access the balcony from either the living room or the master bedroom. While enjoying your morning coffee, look for the dolphins feeding in the waters below. The condo décor brings the sea inside, with a hand painted screen in the dining room lit by a gorgeous coral chandelier, as well as sea life prints throughout. Both bathrooms feature a shower and bathtub, enabling you to rinse off or soak, or bathe the little ones. Each bath offers a private toilet/bath area, enabling multiple users when you come in off the beach. Use the wet bar equipped with icemaker to enjoy a frozen margarita while relaxing on the 30’ balcony. The spacious guest room features two queen beds, and the new large sectional sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping room. There are flat screen TVs with DVDs in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen. No smoking. Enjoy free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.). Come relax and enjoy the Reef!
