This beautifully presented home features 3 bedrooms, a dream kitchen, open plan living room with waterviews and a private upstairs alcove to enjoy a morning coffee or read a book and a light filled house with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront and stunning architecture. Located less than 500 metres away is a relaxing park to enjoy a picnic or a spot of fishing, waterfront walkway to enjoy the surrounds and boat ramp. You'll also find a large cycle path and walkway that runs along the waterfront, great for a leisurely stroll. Deepwater Plaza shopping centre, Train station, daily pelican feeding and kids playground are also located only a short 2 minute drive away. Master bedroom with queen bed, electric blanket, walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, electric blanket, built-in robe, clock radio and double sky light. Bedroom 3 features a double bed and single bunk bed.
