All extras and any travel compensation for additional services requested from the key holder must also be settled in cash immediately. Pets are not permitted in this property. Construction activity may occur each day between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, which may result in noise during daytime hours.
