Come on "Down South” for a fabulous vacation with your family at this beautiful beach house! Located right on a canal, with a private pool and fire pit, this is the house to enjoy the indoors and outdoors! Three decks overlook the pool canal, and the second and third level decks have amazing views of Back Bay! Three gathering areas give you plenty of room to spread out, and the ELEVATOR allows for easy access to all levels for everyone! Wow! What a kitchen to prepare meals together! Top level has a great den with deck access to kick back with a movie or to enjoy the view from the third level deck. Mid level had the main living area and large deck with table and seating so everyone can be together for meals and hanging out. Ground level has the game room for billiards, movies, video games and more, or just hanging out on the shaded ample deck to watch the kids play in the pool. A ramp to elevator makes it easier for all ages to access all floors
There is a path across the street to take to the beach access on Sandfiddler, 3 houses away. The back lawn eases right into the canal (no bulkhead), making it a breeze to put in your own kayak or SUP. There is no fence separating the lawn and canal. Fun inside, fun outside, bring the whole family and come "Down South”.
