The space is the entire ground floor of a large 2 story house. The 2 floors are separated by a wall partition and door. The space has its own private entrance and driveway and is fully self-contained with a large deck with views of the park. The hosts live on the top floor along with a dog and 2 cats. All 3 bedrooms are large and roomy and there's an open plan living / dining room which opens onto the large deck. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom. The Undercover Market (fresh fruit & vegetables on Saturdays) and the Chocolate Bar Cafe with its delicious local chocolate and traditional breakfasts are 3 minutes away.
