Location...Location...Location. You are literally steps from the ocean with your own grassy yard extending from our over-sized patio... perfect for kids or couples. You are in the front row for AMAZING SUNSETS. During December to April you can literally view the whale migration coming thru Chileno Bay from our patio bed! The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Wi-Fi, A/C, satellite TV, and a two large television panels. Master bedroom has a king size bed with plush pillow top mattress, sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio area and a Flat screen TV. Guest Bathroom has double vanity sinks and both baths have spa-like showers overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez or see the the whales breach as you take your morning shower!
The second bedroom has two queen size beds with pillow top mattresses, and a large closet. The custom built sectional sofa in the family room includes a full size pull-out bed. The patio area with the gas grill and large casual lounging area is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The views are incredible from this vantage point and the sunsets are simply stunning. Sit back and relax in the custom designed double chaise lounge and listen to the gentle crashing waves at night or sip a glass of wine as the whales swim by, right in your back yard.

Cabo Sport Fishing
When we purchased Sol 101 it included a 26 foot sport-fishing boat . La Mosca is now managed by our local Mexican friend, Captain Juan Ramirez at the Cabo San Lucas marina where he does fishing excursions with a specialty of light tackle and fly fishing. Because of this, we can offer our guests discounts on both half day and full day fishing trips. If interested, please let us know in advance and we can help you set it all up or call Juan ( see a picture of the boat docked in front of Captain Tony's restaurant )
