Each bedroom is furnished with King or Queen sized bed, with wall-mounted television in two of the bedrooms. The main floor includes one bedroom, one full bath, and a dining room with a large solid wood table adjacent to a beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room includes a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen TV with a blu-ray DVD player, and a conveniently located HDMI hookup for using your own device. Cable television and wifi are included. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with adjacent master bath, and an additional full bath located between the other 2 bedrooms.
Dishes, utensils, linens, and towels are provided for use. There is also a selection of pantry items for preparing home cooked meals. Upstairs is a separate laundry room with an iron, ironing board and laundry supplies. Located off the living room is an attached private outdoor patio with casual seating for 5, as well as an outdoor gas grill.
Renters have access to a community pool & hot tub with conveniently located outdoor showers. A community playground is also located near the house. Children are welcome, and there is no minimum age limit for renters.
