I am pleased to offer you to rent our beautiful three-room recently renovated in 2016 by a Parisian interior designer, located in the heart of the Marais.
Steeped in history, this is one of the city's liveliest neighborhoods. Located in a quiet street, our large sunny apartment of 83sqm is surrounded by great restaurants, specialty food shops, designer boutiques and some of the best museums and monuments of Paris.
You are a few steps from the Bastille, the Pompidou Center, the Picasso and Carnavalet Museum, the National Archives and the Place des Vosges. The Seine, Notre Dame and Town Hall are only 5-10 minutes away, with the Louvre, Orsay Museum and the Tuileries Garden and a few minutes more.
We are perfectly placed for the metro and the RER.
In harmony with the architecture of the building recently renovated and very well maintained on the 1st floor with elevator with all the modern comforts. I offer you a sleeping area with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room, ideal for everyday use.
The TV has multiple channels, including CNN and BBC World, and there is an iPod / iPhone docking station.
The bathroom offers a shower where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. A professional-quality hair dryer is provided. The apartment offers generous storage space. All linen and towels are provided.
For your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and heating. During your stay, I would be happy to offer advice and recommendations for your stay.
