This 2 bedroom 3 bathroom with screened in pool waterfront house offers everything you need for your stay home away from home. It has an open floor plan with a total area of 3000 sq. Our house is beautiful and comfortably furnished that allows you to feel at home. The minute you walk in , the fun begins with large size pool table. The house has 2 nicely decorated living rooms with plenty of seating. Have wonderful time with plenty of board games provided! The large living room area is beautifully furnished has a large flat screen TV with free WIFI and cable provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances including double wall oven, dishwasher, gas cook-top and refrigerator with ice maker and plenty of housewares. It has everything you need to fix up your favorite meals. With a dining area for eight, there will be plenty of room for family dinners. The kitchen breakfast area are sits 4. There is another kitchenette equipped with Jen Air grill with seating of 4 with wonderful water views. The master bedroom has a king size luxury bed with views of the water and frequently visiting dolphins, and has renovated bathroom featuring marble floors, shower, double sinks with marble counter-top and huge jet tub. The guest room has queen size bed and separate bathroom with walk in shower. The smaller living room can be used as a separate bedroom with comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with Air Dream Mattress that sleeps an additional 2 people. Another full shower bathroom is located between living rooms. There is an extra twin roll away bed for your use if needed. This home has a full size washer and dryer located in a separate room. Linens and towels are provided! Newer HVAC systems will keep you comfortable while indoors. House has a 2 car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.
There is a gas Barbecue available for guest use. To make your beach experience more enjoyable we will provide beach items - towels umbrellas and chairs, floats and skim boards, coolers and toys.
Fishing rods and supplies are available for use. Catch the dinner from your own dock!
We have provided brochures, flyers and some maps of what to see or do around the surrounding areas including a list of suggested entertainment, as well as list of grocery stores, local coffee shops, restaurants, museums etc.
All Guests are given a welcome package with some bottled water, coffee and Complimentary bottle of wine!
Home is good for romantic getaways, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sit back, relax , watch the boats, jet skis, dolphins and manatees swim by and enjoy your stay in St. Pete at this fantastic home so close to shopping, retail, grocery stores and the beaches!
Children must be supervised at all times as the pool does not have a protective kid fence and waterfront house has a high seawall which is not fenced. Please do not sit on the dock railings. Pool is not heated.
Please note, we are not able to accommodate large events at the house.

No RVs or campers or trailers may be stored anywhere on the property. Violation of this provision will cause forfeiture of your security deposit.
